Golf Fitness & Conditioning Taster session
Your core muscles drive the power in your golf swing so they need to be strong and toned. Weak and inflexible core muscles result in a loss of speed and distance.
Training your core in flexibility, strength, endurance and power you can not only see dramatic improvements in the power and distance in your golf game but can also help alleviate any associated back pain.
My name is Ian and I am a qualified Personal Trainer. I offer both 1-2-1 and group training sessions in golf fitness and conditioning. I am offering one free taster session so that you can see the benefits of core strengthening for yourself . I will show how you can assess the strength in your core, how this effects your balance and then take you through some taster exercises to
develop your core flexibility, strength, endurance and power.
